General

1. A new Sportingbet customer is deemed to have accepted these Sportingbet Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions as set out below ("the Terms") by opening an account and opting-in to the Sportingbet Rewards Programme.
2. Existing Sportingbet customers are deemed to have accepted these Terms by registering for the Rewards Programme online at www.sportingbet.com/rewards.
3. The General Rules of Sportingbet.com found at www.sportingbet.com shall also apply to the Rewards Programme..Only those customers registered in the United Kingdom, France and Germany are eligible to participate in the Rewards Programme.
4. Sportingbet has the right to cancel or withdraw the Rewards Programme or change any of its terms at any time and without cause/notice.
5. Participation in the Rewards Programme is only available once per customer, per household, per account, per IP address. Customers found to have attempted to open duplicate accounts will be removed from the Rewards Programme.
6. The Rewards Programme is designed for recreational accounts only and will be attributed accordingly. Any accounts deemed to be non-recreational and attempting to abuse the nature of the Rewards Programme will be voided without hesitation. Sportingbets decision in this regard will be final.
7. Sportingbet reserves the right not to allow certain customers to take part in the Rewards Programme without due cause or notice.
8. Sportingbet is the sole arbiter of the Rewards Programme and its decision is final and binding.
9. Sportingbet only accepts bets from clients over the age of 18. The right to void any transactions with minors or defaulters is reserved.

How to collect Rewards points

1. Points are calculated as per the Rewards points formula [total stake that is spent x no. bet selections]. Stake value to be based on £1/€1 (or currency equivalent).
2. Currently, only bets placed in the Sportsbook will qualify for Rewards points
3. There is a minimum bet price of 1.1 (1/10) or greater (combined for multiples) on all bets to qualify for Rewards points.
4. You must spend at least £1/€1 (or currency equivalent) in a single transaction to qualify for points. One point will be awarded for every £1/€1 (or currency equivalent) that is spent. Rewards points are granted in whole numbers, rounded down to the nearest point.
5. The currency conversion amount used by Sportingbet is subject to fluctuation and will be periodically reviewed with the ability to vary the rate at any point in time.
6. The currency conversion chart (see below) refers to customer accounts not registered as a £ GBP or € EUR account. Customers with accounts in alternative currencies will be awarded the equivalent points subject to the latest currency conversion as per below.
7. Sportingbet is entitled to set a limit on the number of points which may be awarded to a customer’s Rewards account balance in respect of special event/promotions for which additional points can be awarded.
8. Points are updated on the web-site every 24hrs on weekdays only (each day before 14:00 GMT) and are up to date as of 00:00 GMT the previous day.
9. Points Accuracy – It is Sportingbet’s intention to maintain 100% accuracy with regards to a customers’ latest points balance in their Rewards account. Should a customer feel their points balance may be inaccurate in any way it is the duty of the customer to contact bonus@sportingbet.com to resolve issues. Disputes not identified to Sportingbet within 30 days of settlement will not be eligible for review.
10. Rewards points are re-set at the beginning of each calendar month at 23:59 GMT and Rewards granted according to thresholds achieved. It may take up to 5 working days for Rewards earned to be allocated to a customer’s points balance.
11. Headstart points may be awarded to customers for previous month(s) loyalty in the form of points which are credited after an end of month reset has taken place. These points will be valid for one month only.
12. Sportingbet reserve the right to alter/amend/remove/reset points without prior notice entirely at their discretion.
13. Points allocated for bets that are subsequently void will be removed from a customer’s Rewards account.
14. Sportingbet reserves the right to remove points and close the account of any customer found to be abusing the Rewards Programme.

How to redeem Rewards points

1. Points will be reset to zero on the first day of every month. Points will not be carried forward under any circumstances.
2. The monthly prize draw takes place on the first working day of a calendar month.
3. Winners are chosen at random from all the qualifiers and will be contacted by email by a member of our Customer Services team within 48 hours. Winners’ username/SBPIN may be published on the Rewards website.
4. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. If a customer is unable to take up the prize for whatever reason, an alternative winner will be chosen.
5. Prizes other than free bets are subject to availability. If the prize featured is not available for any reason, Sportingbet reserves the right to substitute for an alternative prize of similar value as they see fit.
6. Should a customer win a prize in the monthly draw, it is their right to remain anonymous. In this instance, you must contact bonus@sportingbet.com or inform a member of Customer Services directly when contacted regarding your prize.
7. All players qualifying for the prize draw will keep their prize draw entry regardless of attaining any higher level.
8. Free bets granted are winnings-only, stake is not returned with the winnings. There is no cash alternative.
9. Free bets will expire at midnight GMT on the last day of the month that they are awarded in.
10. Deposit Reload bonuses are as per our standard deposit bonus process and maintain wagering requirements according to the terms specified in the Terms & Conditions for that offer.
11. Sportingbet reserve the right to alter Reward thresholds and prizes without due cause or notice.
