Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter of the "Sizzling September" promotion is ParadisePoker.
2. The promotions will run between the following dates:
3. Cash Table Promotion – 00:00GMT Monday September 1st to 23:59GMT Sunday September 14th 2008.
4. Sit 'n' Go Promotion – Tables automated from 00:00GMT Monday September 15th and taken down at 23:59GMT Sunday September 21st 2008.
5. MTT Promotion – First MTT to run at 19:00GMT on Monday September 22nd and last MTT to run at 20:00GMT Sunday September 28th 2008.
6. All winners will receive their allocated prizes as stated in the relevant payout tables which will be credited within 48 hours of the close of each promotion.
7. All winning accounts are subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure compliance with Promotional and General Network T and Cs. Any accounts found to be in breach of Fraud or Network rules will be locked and disqualified from the promotions.
8. All points awarded in the Sit 'n' Go and MTT promotions will be according to the relevant points table.
9. All leader-boards will be updated daily and posted on a relevant website for customer viewing at the earliest opportunity each day.
10. Poker Managers reserve the right to adjudicate or amend any result as they see fit.
11. ParadisePoker reserve the right to use customers Nickname and/or first name and last initial for use in reasonable amount of marketing and/or future promotions.
12. Any players found to be "soft playing" or "team playing" in qualifying tournaments in order to enable a player to further his position will be disqualified and all accounts will be suspended.
13. Any discussion within the chat facility referring to allowing players to make the final table, soft playing or current position in any of the promotional leader-boards will result in disqualification and account suspension.
14. Any abuse of the chat facility during qualifying tournaments will result in disqualification and account suspension.
15. ParadisePoker reserve the right to withdraw or alter this promotion at any time or to refuse this offer to any player.
16. A total of €150,000 is available to be won in the "Sizzling September" promotion.
17. In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion will continue throughout the two day period, though in cases of prolonged downtime ParadisePoker reserve the right to change dates or extend the promotion. ParadisePoker will be the sole arbiter as to whether the promotion will be rerun.
18. ParadisePoker reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any disconnections as per the general rules of the ParadisePoker Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues ParadisePoker reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
19. No director, employee, consultant or agent of ParadisePoker or any of its group of companies or its suppliers, vendors or white label partners is eligible to participate in any of the above promotions directly or indirectly, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose 'relative' includes, but is not limited to, any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
20. All players are allowed to compete in all three promotions under the header of "Sizzling September".
