Players must earn 4,000 FPPs or more in a calendar month to gain membership.
Players must register for the Players Club in order to receive full Premium rewards. If you are not already a member of our Players Club click here register.
If a players has not registered for the Players Club, it is assumed that the player wishes to collect FPPs on no cashback will be awarded.
Players eligible to receive Premium rewards must have signed up from a paradisepoker.com or sportingbet.com English language site.

All cash bonuses are paid on the first day of the calendar month.
Total redeemable FPPs for cashback are calcualted based on points accumulated between 00:01 GMT on the first day of the month and 11:59 GMT on the last day of the month after deductions for points spent in-store or in tournaments.
Players who have registered for cashback and have fulfilled the criteria will receive €7.50 for every 100 FPP's.
Any FPPs exchanged for cashback will be removed from the players account.
Where a player has less than 4,000 FPPs at the end of a calendar month and wishes to redeem them for cash back may do so via the Players Club. In this instance Players Club terms and conditions apply.
Any points spent in store or in tournaments during the month are removed from end of month total used to calculate rakeback. For example, if you earn 6,000 points through the month but spend 500 points buying into tournaments then you will only receive the bonus for the 5,500 points you have left.
A player can choose to accrue points from month to month without exchanging them for rakeback. click here to change preference.

ParadisePoker Tournament rules apply.
Non-monetary prizes are not redeemable for cash.
Entries to VIP freeroll tournaments are not redeemable for cash.
Points spent buying into FPP tournaments cannot be converted to cash.
Time and dates of tournaments will be communicated to players via the website and/or email.

VIP Players participating in any live tournament:

agree to wear ParadisePoker branded apparel for the duration of each event played, subject to event permissions.
Grant ParadisePoker exclusive rights to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses for marketing purposes.

Points earned in a previous month do not count towards points accrued during a calendar month but may be spend in tournaments or in store.
Players who do not meet the Players Club Premium membership criteria in a calendar month will lose their VIP status.
Any player who wins any of the promotions has the right not to participate. There is no cash alternative. In this instance, ParadisePoker will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion.
ParadisePoker accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.
It is the player's responsibility to ensure they are opted-in to receive announcements. Therefore please also ensure we have been added to your Safe Senders list to avoid junk filters.
It is the player's responsibility to ensure that address and telephone details are kept up to date in their account section to guarantee delivery of items. Update your details here to avoid disappointment.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of any poker merchandise.
ParadisePoker reserves the right to withhold, amend, or withdraw all promotions without notice.
