Terms & Conditions – €25,000 Magic Hand

1. The Promoter of the €25,000 Magic Hand promotion is ParadisePoker.
2. The promotions will run between February 1st 2009 and February 28th 2009, or until the €25,000 prize pool runs out.
3. All winners in the Magic Hands promo will receive their allocated prizes within 72 hours of mailing the support email address.
   • All claims are subject to verification from a support representative.
   • Hand ID and hand details are required to be included in each claim.
4. Magic Hands Claims:
   • A winning hand with pocket Aces getting beat must go to a showdown.
   • All hands must be played on real cash Texas Hold'em tables.
   • The hand must go to a showdown.
   • Minimum of 4 players dealt into the hand.
5. All winning accounts are subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure compliance with Promotional and General Network T&Cs.
6. Customers can claim for multiple winning Magic Hands.
7. Minimum limits are 0.25c / 0.50c for NL and PL and 0.50/1 for Limit, both hole cards must be used, minimum 4 players at the table, Texas Holdem cash game only
8. An update on the remaining prize money will be done daily and posted on a relevant website for customer viewing at the earliest opportunity each day.
9. Poker Managers reserve the right to adjudicate or amend any result as they see fit.
10. ParadisePoker reserve the right to use customers Nickname and/or first name and last initial for use in reasonable amount of marketing and/or future promotions.
11. Any players found to be "soft playing" in order to enable a player to win a promotion prize will be disqualified and all accounts will be suspended.
12. Any discussion within the chat facility referring to allowing players to attain a winning hand or soft playing will result in disqualification and account suspension.
13. ParadisePoker reserve the right to withdraw or alter this promotion at any time or to refuse this offer to any player.
14. A total (and maximum) of €25,000 is available to be won in the promotion.
15. In the event of a service crash or a disruption, ParadisePoker reserve the right to change dates or extend the promotion. ParadisePoker will be the sole arbiter as to whether the promotion will be rerun.
16. ParadisePoker reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any disconnections as per the general rules of the ParadisePoker Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues ParadisePoker reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
17. No director, employee, consultant or agent of ParadisePoker or any of its group of companies or its suppliers, vendors or white label partners is eligible to participate in any of the above promotions directly or indirectly, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose 'relative' includes, but is not limited to, any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
