Terms & Conditions - Sit 'n' Go €60,000 Race in September

1. The Promoter of the Sit ‘n’ Go promotion is ParadisePoker.
2. All winners will receive their allocated prizes as stated in the relevant payout tables which will be credited within 72 hours of the close of each promotion.
3. The first 17 hours of play per day will be taken into account for the Sit ‘n’ Go race. Any players found using more than 2 computers, more than 2 IP addresses or 2 IP addresses that are not in the same vicinity will be excluded from the promotion and will forfit any prize.
4. All winning accounts are subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure compliance with Promotional and General Network T&Cs. Any accounts found to be in breach of Fraud or Network rules will be locked and disqualified from the promotions.
5. All points awarded in the Sit & Go promotion will be according to the relevant points tables.
6. The Leaderboards will be updated daily and posted on a relevant website for customer viewing at the earliest opportunity each day.
7. Poker Managers reserve the right to adjudicate or amend any result as they see fit.
8. ParadisePoker reserve the right to use customers Nickname and/or first name and last initial for use in reasonable amount of marketing and/or future promotions.
9. Any players found to be “soft playing” or “team playing“ in qualifying tournaments in order to enable a player to further his position will be disqualified and all accounts will be suspended.
10. Any discussion within the chat facility referring to allowing players to make the final table, soft playing or current position in any of the promotional leader-boards will result in disqualification and account suspension.
11. Any abuse of the chat facility during qualifying tournaments will result in disqualification and account suspension.
12. ParadisePoker reserve the right to withdraw or alter this promotion at any time or to refuse this offer to any player.
13. A total of €60,000 is available to be won in the “Sit & Go Race” promotion.
14. In the event of a service crash or a disruption the promotion will continue though in cases of prolonged downtime ParadisePoker reserve the right to change dates or extend the promotion. ParadisePoker will be the sole arbiter as to whether the promotion will be rerun.
15. ParadisePoker reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any disconnections as per the general rules of the ParadisePoker Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues ParadisePoker reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
16. No director, employee, consultant or agent of ParadisePoker or any of its group of companies or its suppliers, vendors or white label partners is eligible to participate in any of the above promotions directly or indirectly, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose 'relative' includes, but is not limited to, any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
17. Account Sharing is not permitted, any abuse will result in instant disqualification from the Promotion.
18. By participating in the tournament you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event and television media interviews and press releases. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners.
