1. Players will not be able to un-register from the main event once registered.
2. Players can only win one satellite to the event. If the player wins more than one satellite they will not receive any cash alternative and will forfeit the prize.
3. All winning accounts are subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure compliance with Promotional and General Network Ts&Cs. Any accounts found to be in breach of Fraud or Network rules will be locked and disqualified from the promotions
4. Poker Managers reserve the right to adjudicate or amend any result as they see fit.
5. ParadisePoker reserve the right to use customers Nickname and/or first name and last initial for use in reasonable amount of marketing and/or future promotions.
6. Any players found to be "soft playing" or "team playing" in the tournament series in order to enable a player to further his position will be disqualified and all accounts will be suspended.
7. Any discussion within the chat facility referring to allowing players to make the final table, soft playing or current position for any reason will result in disqualification and account suspension.
8. Any abuse of the chat facility during the tournament series will result in disqualification and account suspension.
9. ParadisePoker reserve the right to withdraw or alter this promotion at any time or to refuse this offer to any player.
10. ParadisePoker reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any disconnections as per the general rules of the ParadisePoker Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues ParadisePoker reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
11. No director, employee, consultant or agent of ParadisePoker or any of its group of companies or its suppliers, vendors or white label partners is eligible to participate in any of the above promotions directly or indirectly, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose 'relative' includes, but is not limited to, any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
12. In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of ParadisePoker. ParadisePoker will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.
13. ParadisePoker accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.
14. The promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any 'fold / timeouts' or disconnects as per the general rules of the ParadisePoker Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues ParadisePoker reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
15. ParadisePoker reserves the right to amend the tournament rules at any time.
16. ParadisePoker Tournament rules apply.
17. By participating in the tournament you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event and television media interviews and press releases. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners.
18. Players can only win one satellite entry to the €200,000 Guaranteed, there is no cash alternative and seats are not transferable. Should any player win two seats then he or she will forfeit one of them.
