Login to your RBC online bank account

Select "Pay Bills and Transfer Funds" from the right hand menu.

Select "Add Interac Email Money Transfer Recipient to Payee List" from the right hand menu:

Enter the following payment details and click "continue":

  1. Name: Tropical Pay
  2. Email address: banking@tropical-email.com
  3. Enter a security question and answer of your chosing
IMPORTANT: remember your security question and answer as you will need to provide this information again.

The following screen will appear. Click on "Pay Bills and Transfer Funds"

Enter the amount of your transfer and the account you wish to transfer the funds from.
Select the "InteracTM Email Money Transfer" check box and then using the drop down menu in the 'To' field select the "name to be provided" account you just added as a payee.
Ensure the date is set to today�s date and the frequency is set as "one time" and click "submit"

To complete the process confirm the amount of your transfer and enter your Paradise Poker player ID in the "message" area.

Having completed your transfer please email banking@tropical-email.com with the following information so that we can collect your funds:

To ensure that your funds are credited to your Paradise account as quickly as possible please ensure you have provided us with the requested information EXACTLY as you entered it when submitting the transaction online.

The funds will be in your Paradise Poker account within 1 hour.
