Login to your Bank of Montreal online Bank account

Select "Transfers" from under the "Transfers" menu:

Select "Interac Email Money Transfer".
First time users of the Interac Money Transfer facility will be required to provide their email address:

Enter the following payment details and select "Continue":

1. Name of recipient: Tropical Pay
2. Email address of recipient: banking@tropical-email.com
3. Amount of transfer
4. The account where you wish the funds to be taken from
5. Memo to recipient: Enter your Paradise Poker player ID.

Enter your own security question and answer (this can be any question and answer of your choosing) and select "Continue".
IMPORTANT: remember your security question and answer as you will need to provide this information again.

To complete the transfer confirm that the payment details you have entered are correct and select "Confirm and Send".

Having completed your transfer please email banking@tropical-email.com with the following information so that we can collect your funds:

• Player Id
• Secret answer
• Secret answer
• Amount of Transfer
• Transaction Confirmation Number

To ensure that your funds are credited to your Paradise account as quickly as possible please ensure you have provided us with the requested information EXACTLY as you entered it when submitting the transaction online.

The funds will be in your Paradise Poker account within 1 hour.
