When will I receive my bonus?
If you have qualified for a bonus, your bonus will be credited to your account according to the date stated in the bonus terms and conditions.
To find out if you have a bonus to use, please log in and access your account through the 'My Account' section. The 'My Promotions' drop down will display any free bets which you have qualified for and are available to use.
If you think you are eligible for a bonus which you have not received, please contact our Customer Service team.
