How do I get a free bet?
If you've registered a new account, then you may be eligible for a new account free bet. Once you've registered through the link correctly and followed the qualifying conditions the free bet will credited to your account.

To find out if you have a free bet, please log in and access your account through the 'My Account' section. The 'My Promotions' drop down will display any free bets which you have qualified for and are available to use.
We may e-mail, post, phone or text you promotional offers, but if you have stipulated that we cannot contact you then you will not receive these. To check this, access the 'My Account' section and click on 'Details and preferences'. Ensure that your address, e-mail and phone number details are up to date.
If you asked us not to contact you while registering, you can change this status by editing the necessary fields in the 'Details and preferences' in the 'My Account' section.
