We can refund any amount back to your Visa debit / credit cards free of charge if the card has previously been used to deposit into your account with sportingbet. Unfortunately, we can only refund back to Mastercard debit / credit cards if they are UK issued cards and registered at a UK address.

Neteller
We can refund any amount back to your Neteller account free of charge if you have previously used this Neteller account to make a deposit. The name and email address on your Neteller account must also match the name and email address on your sportingbet account. Neteller withdrawals are available in USD, GBP, CAD or EUR.

CLICK2PAY
We can refund any amount back to your Click2Pay account free of charge if you have previously used this Click2Pay account to make a deposit. The name and email address on your Click2Pay account must also match the name and email address on your Sportingbet account.

Moneybookers
You must have an account with Moneybookers to withdraw funds in this manner. We can refund any amount back to your Moneybookers account free of charge if you have previously used this account to make a deposit.

All bank wire transfer are free. The money will reach your bank account within 3-5 working days.

We process all refund requests in Sterling (GBP) only.

All bank wire transfers are free. For same working day bank transfer a fee applies.

Cheque/Cashier Cheque
We process all refund requests via cheque / cashier cheque free of charge.

Cheque / cashier cheque will take up to a week to be delivered within the UK and up to 3 weeks for addresses outside the UK. Cheque / cashier cheque will be sent the next working day.

We are currently unable to process cheque / cashier cheque in the following currencies: US Dollars (USD), Australian Dollar (AUD), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), and Singapore Dollar (SGD). In this instance, customers can request one free Bank Wire refund per calendar month unless another option is chosen.
